A poorly functional design can generate dissatisfaction, prompting the customer to leave the premises with no intention of returning. <strong>Customer satisfaction is crucial to customer loyalty<\/strong>, as a well-designed environment fosters a positive experience that encourages customers to return regularly. <\/p>\n\n<p>I reveal the 3 most common mistakes we observe in venues and how to avoid them, to create spaces that make customers feel comfortable at all times.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Incorrect use of spaces<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>One of the most common mistakes in venues is to misuse space. Imagine a venue where tables are too close together, or worse, where passageways are blocked by bulky furniture. This not only makes it difficult to move around, but also gives a feeling of clutter. When customers feel cramped or unable to move freely, their experience suffers.   <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to avoid the mistake:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>Distributing spaces in a functional way is crucial. Make sure there is enough space between tables and that passages are always clear. A well-designed layout makes for a more fluid and welcoming environment, making customers feel more comfortable and satisfied. Don&#8217;t forget that good design must also take into account the flow of people, avoiding snags and creating an atmosphere of freedom.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Choice of colors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Color is one of the most powerful tools in design, but if used poorly it can detract from the atmosphere of the venue. Colors that are too contrasting or unharmonious can make the environment seem chaotic and uninviting.
